Qaseeda is an Android app developed by Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya UK.

Qaseeda first became available on 29 Jul 2012. It is estimated that Qaseeda has been downloaded between 10000 and 50000 times from the Play Store.

Qaseeda 1.4 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
